Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing owing to the bad condition of the MP3 Player I bought last Friday through your website, called Gadgets, and I would want my money back.
In the first place, the MP3 should have been delivered in three days since I bought it. Nevertheless, it took two more days than the website said and you did not send a mail notifying the situation.
Secondly, when I finally received my purchase and opened the package, I found that it did not have any protection, and must have it. Therefore, the MP3 Player did not work and it was scratched.
To sum up, the way I see it this has not been a delivery of professionals and your company should take care of the products and the clients.
