Candidate: Well, I'm very proud person, so it did hurt for a while. However, I'm very resilient and decided to see the situation así an opportunity to do something different. Then I saw the advert for this job, and here I am!

Dear sir
I se writing to complain about the new mp3 player I bougth on the gadgets website two weeks ago. I think your company has to improve and has to take care of some details.

First of all, currently the mp3 player only accept one type of audio format. Nowadays there are a lot of Music formats and I think this Is a big mistake.

Secondly, specifically the mp3 player model I bougth and everything in the website, it has no Bluetooth to conect the mp3 player with the mobile phone. In My opinion this is very important because today everyone expects to have Bluetooth, as it provides opportunities of connecting the phone and transfering the music. Furthermore the shipment took seven days to arrive, but on the website it is said that it would last four days.

In conclusion, I think they could be improved on the following modelos.

MP3 formal complain

Dear Sir or Madam.

I’m writing you in order to protest about the MP3 player that I bought last Friday 25^th of October of 2019 at your website “Gadgets” with two weeks warranty. I made a payment of 84 € and I was assured that it would be a totally functional object.

There are two reasons for my concerns regarding its functionality.

First of all, I noticed that the cable was slightly damaged so it may be one of the causes of music’s bad quality. Even though, this may not be the only reason because there is one headphone that is also pretty much broken, probably due to the lack of carefulness during the transporting process.

For these reasons I will be returning the MP3 player tomorrow morning along with the object’s bill at your nearest shop.

I request a refund of my money and if that’s not possible you must give me a new operative MP3 player of the same model I ordered.

interviewer: And I suppose that made you the most successful man in the world. Do you agree?

Steve Jobs: I don't think that someone can grow up only by his salary or the money he can generate. Everyone should have goals in their life, and achieving them makes you a better person than you were before. That’s how I see to succeed.

Steve jobs: When I was 6 years old my family moved to Montain View and I studied at the Cupertino Middle School and the Homestead HS school. And it was when I started to like electronics and computer science.

Interviewer: Now, we know where you studied and when and when did you start to interest the whole thing about computer science, but when did you decide that you wanted to dedicate yourself to the computer world?

 Steve Jobs: Moreless, my life has changed a lot since I first invented our personal computer. Therefore, becoming the co-founder of a huge enterprise such as Apple and all the problems that I have had during the process helped me to value more my situation. However, when I was at university, I wasn’t quite interested in all this world of business.

Interview: Oh, yes, we have heard many things about that. But, apart from that, you have become one of the most relevant people of our century, allowing everyone to develop our world technologically. So, how did you first think about creating a personal computer?

 Steve Jobs: Good question, at the beginning I just worked on the small motherboard for computers, but one day, at my garage with one of my Friends we thought about creating a new computer that we could bring with us everywhere. After that, all began.

Journalist: Hi, we are in MTV's programme  Old stars discoveries. Today we have with us someone very especial and known for all the world, so here, with us might I present our guest show, Steve Jobs. (applause)

Steve Jobs: Hi, it is a pleasure to be here.

Journalist: Oh no, the pleasure is us. So here we have one of the most known people all over the world. Known as an American entrepeneur besides being the co-founder and CEO from Apple Inc., he is known for getting into being the chairmain of Pixar, what let him worh in The Walt Disney Company. Also he was the founder of NeXT, company of which he is also the CEO. So, it seems like you have had a very busy life since you settle down.

Steve Jobs: Yeah, my life has been a bit busy since creating the first personal computer and, therefore, becoming the co-founder of this huge enterpise named Apple Inc.. However, at first I wasn't quite intererested neither in studies nor in technologies.

Journalist: Oh, yes, we have overheard about that. So, even though now you are on of the greatest minds of this century, at first it didn't seem quite like it. So which university had tho honor to have you but to also didn't have it at all?

Steve Jobs: So, the university was Reed College. However, later on I regretted giving up, even though I don't know if I could have had the fame I am having today with it. Nevertheless, I think I will feel more prepared and confident while doing some few things.

Journalist: Oh that's interesting. But let's talk about business. So you created Apple, then you were fired and you, in your own, decided to found another successful company NeXT and, after creating this you entered in Pixar whichhas made incredible films such as Toy Story. So, how did you feel when you were fired from Apple?

Steve Jobs: So, I was forced to leave my own company. As it is normal, I felt really depressed. However, I also knew I couldn't stop, I needed to do things, I had to move forward. For this reason I started thinking and came up with the idea, then I just had to improve it and letting it out and hope for success, which did happen. After founding these companies I felt recomforted again, but not as much as when I knew with the mergetion of NeXT and Apple I got to be the CEO of my first company again.

Interviewer: Hello miss... Eddie. Take a seat please. The interview will start in a couple of minutes. Sorry to keep you waiting.

Interviewee: Oh, do not worry. Is there any problem?

Interviewer: Nothing you should worry about. It’s just that your file doesn’t load... Ah, there it is! We can now start the interview. Please, could you introduce yourself?

Interviewee: Of course. My name is Eddie and I’m 18 years old. I’m from Birmingham, but I’m now living in London.

Interviewer: How would you describe yourself?

Interviewee: Talking about yourself isn’t the easiest thing to do, but I’ll say that I’m quite charming, and an easygoing person. I’m really good at problem solving, but I wouldn’t say that patience is my most remarkable quality.

Interviewer: So you’re saying that you’re impatient, but you’re good at solving problems? Would you explain how does this happen?

Interviewee: Let me explain an experience I had some time ago: I had to take care of 10 kids from my neighbourhood. While we were playing, two of them got a bit violent and started to break everything near them. When I managed to calm them down, we had to fix their mess, so I told them to help me as a punishment. They wouldn’t obey, so I was losing my patience and before getting angry too, I thought it would be a good idea to simulate that I was very sad because of the broken things. They saw me and tried to raise my mood, so they became friends and started cleaning their mess. They’re now best friends!

Interviewer: I don’t get your point, but I like how you solved everything! This could be quite useful if you worked here. I’ll have to think about it for some time. More questions: Do you have the requieres language levels?

Interviewee: Believe me or not, although I was born here, both of my parents are from Spain, so I’m native in both languages required. I also speak french and danish and a bit of Japanese!

Interviewer: That’s amazing for someone that young! I like your profile, Eddie. Last but not least, may I ask why are you interested in this job?

Interviewee: I really enjoy kids. And I find this job an opportunity to interact with them, meet new people and get some job experience for my curriculum!

Steve Jobs: I created apple with a friend in adolescence between 1976 and 1980 in the garage of my house. It began as a hobby but over the years we were selling more computers until we could live on it. However everything changed when we released the iphone.

James: In relation to the Iphone, when do you plan to release the new smartphone?

Steve Jobs: It is too early to talk about the Iphone 4, because it was only 4 months since the Iphone 3 came out. I can only say that great changes are coming.

Steve Jobs: The truth is that no, as a child I wanted to be an astronaut and see where I am now. You have to be open to changes and opportunities.

Madison Clark: Strongly agree. Open to changes I hope you are also open to a little more specific questions. Being honest and straightforward, do you consider yourself good at working at Apple?

Steve Jobs: I think so, but I wouldn't be here. We are all good, we just do not know, we have to experiment and most importantly, strive.

When you were little, did you know what you want to study?

Steve Jobs: Since I was little I was very interested in the technology and the projection of what kind of resources we would have thanks to it.

Steve Jobs: It all started in a garage with my college Steve Wozniak in California. We were working an average of eighteen hours a day. It was tired but we were very exited about the improvements that we were making, we always had our goal pretty clear.

Albert Rivera: Of course, I Will answer them precisely.
Interviewer: Ok, the first question is: Why are you interested in applying for this job?

Albert Rivera: Well, I am extremely devoted to make Spain a better country so, if the majority wants to help those who are most in need, I have to demonstrate that I am an activist to this social cause. Maybe by doing this I Will be able to go back to politics and become president.

Interviewer: Why did you leave your last job?

Albert Rivera: I didn't get the results I was expecting in the last elections so I had to preserve my honour. In addition, some people complained that I had picked up on Catalonia a Little too much. After all of this, I needed a change.

Interviewer: What do you strife for in this job?

Albert Rivera: To be honest, nothing in particular. It was either this or becoming Malu's new guitarrist. Another option I had in mind was starring as Doraemon in the new movies but that would've been kinda embarassing…

Interviewer: What experience do you have?

Albert Rivera: I have chaperoned children between the ages of seven and ten. I have also taken care of puppies.

MARIA: First I would like to ask you some questions, tell me a little about yourself.

PABLO: I have studied Physics at Harvard university. When I finished the degree, I did a volunteer in South Africa during 8 months. They were the best months of my life. I have learnt to value my life, my family and friends and especially my lifestyle. Now I am searching a job to start a new life with my girlfriend and start a new degree called Sociology.

MARIA: What are your biggest strength?

PABLO: I think that my biggest strength are that I am very goal-oriented, I mean, when I have an objective, I am very focus on it. I have also good social skills, I think that is important for this job. During my voluntary work, I have learnt a lot of Spanish, photography and cook.

MARIA: Why are you interested on this job?

PABLO: I am very familiar with this type of activities and also with your method. I love children, it would be a pleasure to work with them again. 

MARIA: Last question, out of all the other candidates, why should we hire you?

PABLO: Honestly, I think there are other people more qualified, but no one will enjoy this job as much as I do

Journalist: As you know,in this program, we usually talk about technology but first of all I would like to ask you is if you could give us a little introduction about your career and early life.  

Steve Jobs: Yes, of course.  

Steve Jobs: I was born on February 24,

1955. When I was a child,I liked controlling everything around. My father mechanic taught me to build and design electronics devices and, since I was 10, I like computers because of my neighbours. By the way, I’m adopted. I was bored at school that’s why I spent the whole days making pranks. And after meeting Steve Wozniak at electronics class, we built our first microprocessor and we dropped college out together. Afterwards we found Apple and that’s it. 

Journalist: Interesting... And if we talk about your products, which do you consider the best? 

SteveJobs: In my opinion, the best product I’ve ever made is, by far, the Iphone because it’s probably been my biggest media success and has revolutionized the world of smartphones. Furthermore, the logo and the slogan is what has attracted the most.
