Paula's formal letter

I’d like to write a complain about an MP3 bought in your website, Gadgets, three weeks ago. I’d like to ask for a refund, or at least, a new MP3 player, but the refund is a better option.

Firstly, I had some problems with the delivery method. I asked for an express delivery (between 2-5 working days), for which I payed the extra 5€, but the package took its whole 2 weeks to arrive at home.

But I don’t care about the 5€ I payed. This isn’t what I’m fully complaining about. I’m complaining about the MP3’s conditions.
When I opened the box, the MP3 was in a deplorable state: The screen was completely shattered, and there were some glass shards around the box. The back of the MP3 player was completely screwed. It was scratched and it had lost some of its color. I suppose this is due to the loose pieces of glass. And lastly, the central button of the device was missing. It wasn’t anywhere near. Not even in the delivery box.

I’m adding a pic to the description to prove that everything I’m saying is completely true.
Please, contact me as soon as you see this email so we can arrange a solution to this issue. I really hope that you provide a better customer service in this situations than in general, because I consider this web a huge scam, since this isn’t the first time I have problems with you.
