I am writing to complain about a faulty MP3 Player which I purchased on your website called "Gadgets" three days ago.
Firstly, I want to remind you that I usually buy gadgets from your website and this is not the first time that I acquire a faulty product from there.
Secondly, I want you to know that I have written this email because the device was delivered a week late and in horrible quality, unlike other faulty devices delivered from your company. Furthermore, when I opened the box and I tried to turn it on, it did not work.
Lastly,
I would like to get a refund because I feel like if it was a waste of money to spend it on your website. Apart from the refund, I would like to obtain a priority in the deliveries due to the time I have lost waiting for the MP3 Player.
