Dear Sir/Madame,

I am writing in order to complain about an MP3 Player that I bought last week on your website “Gadgets”.

It’s not the first time that I buy something in your website, and I have never been disappointed that much. The MP3 player never arrived and I have already phoned you pretty lots of times to talk about it, seeing that you weren’t answering and not giving me a solution I am so disappointed.

By the way, now you can’t say that anyone could answer the phone call or whatever, because that’s a mail, so I want you to find a solution as fast as possible.

Despite of that I can’t understand how you could forgot the delivery of a product already payed. I would like you to refund my money or send me the MP3 with an extra bonus for your shop.
