Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing in order to complaint about an MP3 Player I bought last month on your website called Gadgets, and I would like to know if you could make me a refund.
First of all, I had plenty of problems with your website because it was impossible to make the purchase of the item on a mobile phone therefore I had to use the computer. Moreover, I personally found the price of the MP3 quite high adding the delivery cost.
Secondly, when the MP3 finally arrived at my home after three weeks waiting, the packaging was absolutely broken as well as the item. Straightaway I tried the MP3 and it did not work, I was completely disappointed and upset about the poor quality of your company’s product.
In conclusion, as far as I concerned I might deserve an apology from your company and I believe that your company should take measures about the problems with the website and the conditions of the product.
