Sir or Madam,
I
am writing in order to complain about a MP3 Player that I purchase last Friday on
“Gadgets” your website.
I
am a habitual consumer so this is not my first time buying on your website.
I
have already purchase different gadgets and they always are good. In this case,
the MP3 that I have purchase on 1st November 2019 is defective.
First,
when I use the MP3 for ten minutes, it turns off without doing anything. Moreover,
when I connect my headphones the music stop working. Lastly, the first time
that I open the MP3 it has the screen broken, hence I think it is not working
as it should work.
Finally,
I would like to have my money back or replace the defective MP3 at the
earliest.
