Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing in order to complain about an MP3 Player that I purchased on your website, called Widgets, last Friday.

Firstly, I want to say a few things about the delivery. The MP3 Player should have been delivered the next day I purchased it and it was delivered four days later. I would like to add that the delivery guy was not very friendly.

Secondly, when I opened the package, the MP3 Player was damaged and it did not work well as it should. I have tried many things to repair it by myself but I could not repair it.

Finally, I would like to get a new MP3 Player or have my money back because I feel like you lied to me with your products and services.
