Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing in order to complain about an MP3 I bought two days ago thought your website "Gadgets".
First of all, I have to say that the delivering pretty good and do not have any complaints about that. However, regarding the product, I have so much to say. When I opened my box, I realized that there were not a USB cable to charge it and I said: well, is not a bad thing at all.
After a while trying it, I found another problem. One button was not working as it would. This button was the main button for stopping a song and this is more important than last problem.
To conclude, I would like to get a refund or at least change the bad MP3 by another that works as it should.
