Interviewer: Your references are very good. Now, What do you think the people who wrote them, your references would say is your biggest weakness?
Candidate: Possibly my time management skills, especifically when a lot of work has been delegated to me from other people. So, I'm working on that.
Interviewer: It says in your cover email that Youyou were made redundant from your last work.
Candidate: Well, I'm very proud person, so it did hurt for a while. However, I'm very resilient and decided to see the situation así an opportunity to do something different. Then I saw the advert for this job, and here I am!
