Miquel Fernandez - Formal letter

To whom it may concern,


I am writing to you about some issues I had with one of your products. Last Friday, the 5^th

October of 2019, I ordered on www.gadgets.com a MP3 player, the RX009+, and when I had

received it on Monday i saw on the tape of the case that it only pairs with Grape's Bluetooth

Headphones, however, in your web page says it works with others as well. In addition, it has the

same green colour as the RX008 and this model only pairs one type of headphones. It may be

possible I had received the wrong model. Could it be possible to change it rather than return it and

ask for being refunded.
