Iraida’s formal email

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing today to complain about your new product MP3 Player I bought last month on your website. I am extremely disappointed about the quality of the product as well as the fast information that you have written on your website.

First of all, the product arrived three weeks after, in spite of I have paid the fastest delivery. 
When I opened the MP3, I did not find the charger was mentioned in the description of the product. It seems to me very disrespectful for your part to sell a product, promising articles which do not appear.

Secondly, when I decided to return the product because of the really bad quality of it and the high price, I had plenty of problems with your website.
I did not find the option to refund and it was very difficult to search solutions for my problem. Therefore, the only way I find to communicate with the company, was writing you an email.
