Dear Gadgets's contact service,
I am writing to you in order to make a formal complain about a product I purchased on Friday, November 1, 2019 from you. The product in particular is a 16 GB Sony MP3 player with Bluetooth connection.
The purchase was made at your oficial website store and the payment was performed with a VISA card. I first made a complain about it via e-mail but there has been no answer yet.
The reason for this complain is the constant faliure of the device when using Bluetooth connection. In addition, I wrote a complain that, as I have said, noone has replied to.
I am looking forward to a refund and a compensation regarding this inaceptable service. Otherwise, I Will notify this incident and report the company. I hope I have made myself clear and that this issue Will be solved properly.
