Dear sir
I se writing to complain about the new mp3 player I bougth on the gadgets website two weeks ago. I think your company has to improve and has to take care of some details.
First of all, currently the mp3 player only accept one type of audio format. Nowadays there are a lot of Music formats and I think this Is a big mistake.
Secondly, specifically the mp3 player model I bougth and everything in the website, it has no Bluetooth to conect the mp3 player with the mobile phone. In My opinion this is very important because today everyone expects to have Bluetooth, as it provides opportunities of connecting the phone and transfering the music. Furthermore the shipment took seven days to arrive, but on the website it is said that it would last four days.
In conclusion, I think they could be improved on the following modelos.
