I hereby wish to bring to you notice that the mp3 player that I have purchased from your shop “Gadgets” last Friday, 1st November 2019, is defective. I am a habitual customer who has purchased many electronic products from your stores before but never had this kind of problem-
Firstly, when I opened the mp3 player and started to use it according to the instructions it did not work at all. I had many problems with my playlists that were wrong or each time a song changed the playlist swapped between them.
Secondly, after 10 minutes using the device, the screen started failing and alternated between the home screen and a black screen.
I request you to kindly replace the defective mp3 player at the earliest or in case it is not possible I would like to have a refund.
I am also enclosing a copy of the purchase bill for your perusal and records.
