Raquel's formal email

Dear Madam or Sir,

I am writing you to complain about a faulty MP3 Player that I bought 5 days ago on your site             " Gadgets".

Firstly, I want to say that I usually buy on your web and I always have received a very good service, so this is a punctual think.

Nevertheless, this time I have received the device with the screen broken. Maybe this happened during the shipment, because your devices do not have a good protection for the shipment and personally I think that you might improve in this field.

Lastly, I would like to change the faulty MP3 Player for another one, because I have paid a lot of money and i do not want to waste it.

I hope to hear back from you about this incident.
