Miguel‘s Gómez formal letter

Dear Sir,

I am writing to complain about a MP3 I bought last friday. I made this purchase in Gadgets online store.

At first the product worked perfectly. However, when I started using it, the MP3 began to sound bad and the battery ran out very fast, it only works 15 minutes instead of 1 hour. In addition you should have sent me a cover to protect it, but I haven't received it. The warranty for the MP3 is for one year. Even so you did not send me a new MP3.

I look forward to your positive reply and a solution to my problem. I will wait until 2 weeks before seeking further assistance. Please contact me by my email or by my personal phone number.
